Douglas Little, of counsel in the firm's Seattle office, focused his practice in the area of environmental law. He has particular experience with hazardous and dangerous waste, federal and state Superfund matters, environmental aspects of transactions, underground storage tanks compliance/enforcement, water discharge permits, water pollution compliance/enforcement, RCRA compliance/enforcement, spill response and reporting, EPCRA compliance/enforcement, TSCA and FIFRA compliance/enforcement, mold and indoor air matters, hazardous material regulation, environmental due diligence, audit and compliance programs, energy and utility regulation, energy facility siting and licensing, energy conservation programs, rulemaking proceedings before energy and environmental agencies and restoration of salmon fisheries.
