U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey
Defended CCBILL, LLC, CWIE, LLC and CWIE Holding Company, Inc. in a patent infringement case involving streaming media technologies. The case was dismissed as to all three represented defendants.

U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York
Defended Coal Headwear, LLC against allegations of patent infringement. The case was settled on terms favorable to Coal Headwear.

Represented Pixfusion LLC in a breach of contract case involving a license to patented technologies owned by Pixfusion. The case was settled under terms favorable to Pixfusion.

Defended SKDKnickerbocker against claims asserted by Parker Waichman LLP in New York State Court. Obtained a complete dismissal on behalf of SKDKnickerbocker.

U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware
Defended Adspace Networks against allegations of patent infringement. The case was settled on terms favorable to Adspace Networks.

Represented Google in defense of purported class action challenging settlement of In re Google Buzz Privacy Litigation, and alleging violations of the Stored Communications Act (SCA) in connection with the launch of Google Buzz social networking application. Obtained dismissal of all claims.

Aventis Cropscience, N.V. v. Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc.*

Represented Aventis Cropscience in a patent infringement case involving methods for genetically engineering plant cells.

Colorocs Information v. Xerox Corporation*

U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York
Represented defendant Xerox in a patent infringement action involving multiple patents concerning plain paper color reproduction technology. The case was favorably settled.

ISCO International, LLC v. Conductus, Inc. and Superconductor Technologies Inc.*

U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware
Served as trial counsel for defendant Conductus Inc. in a patent infringement action involving receiver front ends for cellular base stations. The trial resulted in a successful jury verdict and a judgment finding the patent-in-suit invalid and unenforceable due to inequitable conduct. The case was affirmed on appeal.

Technology Patents LLC v. Deutsche Telekom AG, et al.*

U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland
Represented Avea İletişim Hizmetleri A.Ş., a Turkish telecommunications company, as a defendant in a patent infringement action in the District of Maryland. Our client's involvement in the case was terminated upon the court granting our motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction.

U.S. Philips Corporation v. Analog Devices Inc., et al.*

U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York
Represented defendants Fairchild Semiconductor Corporation and Linear Technology Corporation in a patent infringement action brought by U.S. Philips involving a system for controlling communications between integrated circuits. The case was settled on favorable terms.

Wilden Pump & Engineering Company v. Ingersoll-Rand Company*

U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
Represented defendant Ingersoll Rand in securing summary judgment of invalidity in a patent infringement case involving electronic pump controls.

FST v. JPMorganChase*

U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware
Represented a major financial institution in a trade secret and copyright infringement action in the District of Delaware. The case was favorably settled.

PowerDsine Inc. v. AMI Semiconductor Inc.*

Represented plaintiff PowerDsine in an action filed against AMI Semiconductor in federal court for breach of a nondisclosure agreement covering semiconductor technology. Counterclaims filed against PowerDsine and its corporate parent, Microsemi, for breach of contract, business defamation and interference with prospective business relations were dismissed on Microsemi and PowerDsine's motion for summary judgment. The case was settled on terms favorable to PowerDsine and Microsemi.

PowerDsine Inc. v. Broadcom Corporation*

U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York
Represented PowerDsine in an action against two former employees for breach of confidentiality and non-competition agreements and against their new employer, Broadcom Corporation, for tortious interference with contractual relationships.

PowerDsine, Ltd. v. Texas Instruments Incorporated*

U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York
Represented PowerDsine in the enforcement of its copyright and trade secret rights regarding Power-over-Ethernet software protocols against Texas Instruments.

Nextcard, LLC v. Chase Bank, N.A.*

U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas
Defended Chase Bank in a patent infringement action involving three U.S. patents related to credit card approval systems. The case was settled on terms beneficial to Chase.
