Overview

Danielle is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation Group having experience litigating high-stakes matters at all stages of litigation in state and federal courts. Danielle has extensive experience conducting written and oral discovery, drafting dispositive motions and appellate briefs, and litigating cases through trial. In 2017, she served as lead attorney on a federal jury trial that resulted in a significant monetary verdict for her client.

Before joining Perkins Coie, Danielle was a trial attorney for the Consumer Protection Branch in the Civil Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. In this role, she worked with several federal agencies to investigate and litigate criminal and civil enforcement actions in order to protect Americans’ health, safety, economic security, and identity integrity.
