Daniella Gutierrez is an associate in the firm's Product Liability practice. Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Daniella defended companies in labor and employment, white collar, and contract disputes, as well as government investigations.
During law school at New York University School of Law, Daniella was a staff editor for The Journal of Law and Social Change, a legal extern for the Honorable André Birotte, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and a public defender for Brooklyn Defender Services. Daniella received her bachelor’s degree, summa cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
