Daniel Glenn is an associate in the firm’s Trademark, Copyright, Media & Brand Protection practice. He advises clients on a variety of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on trademark selection, prosecution and enforcement. While a legal extern at Corbis Corporation, a former Seattle-based licensing agency, Daniel researched and analyzed a wide range of intellectual property issues, including copyright and trademark protection for architectural works, enforcement of federally registered trademarks in the U.S., Europe and Australia, and publicity rights and privacy law concerns related to commercial image licensing. While in law school, he worked as a legal extern in the Civil Division of the Bellevue City Attorney’s Office. Daniel has also served as volunteer legal counsel at the Seattle Art Museum and as a volunteer at the Washington Lawyers for the Arts.
