Product liability litigator and counselor Christopher Ledford defends manufacturers worldwide against lawsuits and claims alleging design defects, negligence, and failure to warn. Christopher defends and advises makers of commercial, military, and general aviation aircraft and helicopters, and industrial and consumer products.  Areas of his counsel include claims involving a wide range of aircraft, turbine engines and engine accessories, electronic charts, bicycles, construction products, and fire protection systems. He also provides advice on terms and conditions of sale for product sellers, product warnings and instructions, labels, placards, and pre-injury releases. Christopher also has extensive experience with defending business torts and other commercial disputes.

Christopher is a speaker at product liability programs for aviation and other product manufacturers, including workshops that use real-life scenarios to teach participants how to reduce present and future exposure to product liability risks.
