Christine Biebel focuses on public finance, healthcare, banking and other general corporate matters. She represents banks as well as hospital systems, colleges and universities, municipalities, social service agencies and other 501(c)(3) organizations. Christine is involved in financings throughout the United States and the District of Columbia.
Christine also provides guidance to 501(c)(3) organizations regarding tax compliance issues, particularly with respect to monitoring private business use.
