Caroline Tunca Counsel

Caroline Tunca’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and investigations, with an emphasis on antitrust, unfair competition, and securities issues. Caroline advises a variety of clients in the financial services sector, including international banking institutions, broker dealers, and investment advisors. She represents clients in class action litigation as well as in investigations and enforcement proceedings before financial regulators, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), and their state equivalents. Caroline’s litigation experience includes preparing clients for depositions, managing e-discovery, working with expert witnesses, negotiating the scope of government subpoenas, and developing case strategy and defenses.

In addition to her years of law firm experience, Caroline completed internships with the U.S. Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Department of Justice. During law school, Caroline was a William R. and Laura Rand Orthwein Scholar in Law recipient, an articles editor for the Washington University Law Review, and a judicial extern for the Honorable Nannette A. Baker of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. Caroline devotes significant time to pro bono work, especially immigration cases.
