Breanna (Bree) Philips helps companies navigate complex disputes and advises business leaders on legal risk affecting product, operational, and commercial decisions. Her practice focuses on helping technology, e-commerce, consumer product, food and supplement, and aerospace companies manage litigation, regulatory, and commercial risk across their products, operations, and customer-facing practices.
Bree has secured dismissals at the pleading stage in multiple high-stakes matters and develops litigation strategies designed to resolve disputes efficiently while minimizing business disruption. She has significant experience managing complex litigation portfolios across multiple jurisdictions, including cross-border disputes in North America and Israel, with a focus on class-action matters. She leads litigation strategy in significant matters and aligns those strategies with broader business objectives.
In addition to litigating disputes, Bree advises business leaders and cross-functional teams on legal risk affecting product and operational decisions. She works closely with product, engineering, compliance, and policy teams on issues involving product and platform features, customer-facing policies, and contractual frameworks. She also counsels clients on regulatory and policy matters, including agency-facing strategy in connection with rulemaking and related compliance considerations.
