Beau Bryan is an associate in the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice.
Beau is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law, where he was a clinician with the Technology Law and Public Policy Clinic. While in law school, he was a Global Business Law Fellow and a member of OUTLaws, the LGBTQ+ law student group. During his studies, Beau also worked as a legal intern for Avalara, Inc.
Prior to law school, Beau worked for Amazon, Inc. and CITIES Market Studios, and for the offices of Washington state Sens. Jeannie Darneille and Barbara Bailey.
Beau was a summer associate at Perkins Coie in 2021.
