Arsha Hasan counsels clients on intellectual property (IP) law and entertainment transactions matters, focusing on the acquisition, protection, and exploitation of IP rights and other brand assets around the world. She has experience counselling clients on trademark clearance, selection, and filing strategies in the United States and abroad, including building, managing, and maintaining large domestic and international trademark portfolios for world-renowned brands, as well as enforcing against unauthorized uses of intellectual property rights and other IP assets.

Arsha regularly advises clients across a wide variety of industries, with a particular focus in the cosmetics, entertainment and media, fashion, and consumer and luxury retail spaces. Arsha’s experience in these industries provides her with crucial insight into the increasing commercial exploitation of celebrity, fashion, beauty, and entertainment brands. Arsha’s experience in negotiating and structuring IP licenses and influencer sponsorship and endorsement deals for individual high-profile talent and retail brands informs her work with clients across all aspects of their branding activities, ranging from the development and prosecution of their global IP portfolios, to the implementation of brand collaborations and promotional campaigns.
