Arsha also counsels clients on trademark clearance, selection, and filing strategies in the United States and abroad. She builds, manages, and maintains large domestic and international trademark portfolios for world-renowned brands, as well as enforces against unauthorized uses of intellectual property (IP) rights and other IP assets.
