Anna assists clients on intellectual property (IP), privacy, and commercial matters across a wide range of industries, including healthcare, semiconductor, retail, media, entertainment, software, high-tech procurement, and cloud computing. She has structured, drafted, and negotiated complex and large-scale outsourcing (provider-side), licensing, manufacturing, and development agreements. She also has experience counseling clients seeking to launch novel products incorporating artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), non-fungible tokens (NFTs), and other emerging technologies.
With a passion for pro bono work, Anna has assisted nonprofits focused on children's welfare and helped clients to obtain asylum in the United States.
