Ann represents clients in corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and corporate reorganizations.
Ann Balzer advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, as well as public and private companies, on entity formation, foreign qualifications, and other corporate issues. She has also represented private equity funds and late-stage platform companies on investments and exit transactions.
Ann has experience drafting legal memorandums that summarize legal due diligence processes in transactions across sectors, including manufacturing, healthcare, renewable energy, engineering, and software.
