Alletta Brenner focuses her practice on product liability litigation and advice, both representing clients in court and helping company leaders strategically manage risk before a lawsuit is filed. She handles product liability matters for clients in a range of sectors, with an emphasis on the aviation, technology, and outdoor consumer products industries. With experience litigating on both the plaintiff and defense sides of matters, Alletta brings a holistic perspective to helping clients achieve their goals when litigation arises. She brings the same broad perspective to her product safety counseling practice, both helping clients identify and reduce potential liability in bringing products to market and advising them on how to respond when post-sale safety issues arise.
Alletta is strongly committed to pro bono work, ranging from representing families seeking asylum in the United States to defending and protecting the rights of people who identify as LGBTQ+ through impact litigation and legislative reforms. As a result of her pro bono work, Alletta received the firm’s 2019 Pro Bono Team Award. In recognition of her professional accomplishments and leadership, Alletta was named one of the 40 Best LGBTQ+ Lawyers Under 40 by the National LGBTQ+ Bar Association in 2023.
