Ali Mirsaidi’s work focuses on emerging and innovative technologies; interactive entertainment and video games; artificial intelligence and machine learning; digital media; augmented reality and virtual reality; and software and cloud offerings.
Ali assists clients in a variety of commercial transactions. These include content, software, and data licenses; development agreements; hardware design, procurement, and manufacturing agreements; distribution and reseller agreements; master services agreements and consulting agreements; and branding agreements and licenses. Ali also advises clients on IP and technology issues relating to mergers and acquisitions, strategic collaborations, and other business transactions.
