Agatha Kluk counsels emerging and high-growth companies looking to scale their businesses. She provides strategic advice at every stage of the company life cycle, including startup formation, equity and debt financings, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She has particularly deep industry knowledge helping founders build nimble and fast-expanding consumer, e-commerce, and digital direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses. Beyond corporate transactional work, Agatha has functioned as a general advisor to founders and boards when navigating sensitive and difficult issues such as product recalls, board and executive stakeholder challenges, and other strategic decisions. Venture and angel investors also turn to Agatha for guidance on investment transactions in consumer and retail, e-commerce, fintech, and cleantech businesses.

Prior to joining Perkins Coie, Agatha built and scaled a boutique law firm, Kluk Farber Law, from a solo practice to a team of more than 20. Her firm was acquired by Perkins Coie in 2022. 

Agatha has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star each year from 2019 to 2023, and often speaks and writes on issues relating to diversity, entrepreneurship, and the law.
