Adam Weiner counsels employers of all sizes regarding discrimination and harassment, wage-and-hour compliance, employee performance management, leaves of absence, handbooks and personnel policies, reductions in force, independent contractors, separation agreements, restrictive covenants, and other labor and employment issues. He has experience across industries, including energy, healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, technology, and nonprofits, and is adept at tailoring his legal solutions to a client’s particular circumstances and culture.

Adam regularly represents employers in litigation before state and federal courts, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and state and local human rights commissions, as well as in arbitration and mediation. He has substantial experience litigating single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, class, and collective action lawsuits regarding employment discrimination, harassment, wage-and-hour, and other employment-related disputes.

Adam provides labor and employment law support in mergers and acquisitions. His experience also includes advising and defending companies regarding union organizing and collective bargaining disputes before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Adam also maintains a robust pro bono practice focused on asylum and immigration-related claims. He has successfully represented asylum seekers from Egypt, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Saudi Arabia, and Uzbekistan.
