Practice Technology Services

We know the technology.  Perkins Coie’s technology professionals are a valuable part of the E-Discovery Services & Strategy team.  Technology consultants and project managers serve as advisors who coordinate with clients' information technology resources to understand our client’s infrastructures, data practices and policies.  This allows us to gather the needed information to inform and consult on best data preservation and collection methodologies, provide guidance in outlining the best technology solutions, develop workflows for the discovery process, manage the review attorney resources and engage and manage appropriate third-party service providers for individual matters.

Data analysts serve as the primary technical resources for the E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice and the firm for managing and maintaining our in-house technology support.  Our analysts serve as secondary resources for external hosted solutions.  ESS trial specialists provide planning and logistics coordination, war room design and set up and courtroom technology support.  ESS graphic designers consult with legal teams and our clients on the strategic use of graphic and design specific presentations to enhance our clients’ position.
