Thomas Jensen was quoted in "What The Feds' Colo. River Plan Could Mean For The West," an article in Law360,* regarding the best way to manage Colorado River water.

Both of those proposals could lead the states to sue the federal government and to lawsuits between states and water users, said Thomas Jensen, a partner at Perkins Coie LLP.

Jensen said river water usage has been a concern for decades, but only recently has it received this degree of attention because changes in precipitation patterns, drought and population growth have put unsustainable pressure on the system.
