The three-judge panel affirmed a California district court's 2021 decision to invalidate XR Communication LLC's wireless communications patent, after XR, which does business as Vivato Technologies, asserted it against router providers including Cisco Systems Inc., Belkin International Inc., Ruckus Wireless Inc. and D-Link Systems Inc.
