DALLAS (August 30, 2023)—Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Dallas office managing partner Jill Louis has been recognized by Am Law’s Corporate Counsel for a 2023 Women, Influence and Power in Law Award for Innovative Leadership. The award honors general counsel, in-house leaders and law firm partners who have demonstrated a commitment to advancing the empowerment of women in law.  

In addition to managing Perkins Coie’s Dallas office, Jill is also a member of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice, and co-chair of the Infrastructure Development practice. Jill will receive the recognition during an awards gala in New Orleans on October 18.  

Jill advises companies with growth-oriented, liquidity-creating, and transformational strategies. Her experience includes leading strategic transactions for entrepreneurs, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies, as well as members of the Fortune 50, with an emphasis on the intersection of technology and infrastructure, multilocation retail, transportation, sports, manufacturing, and industrial sector matters.   

She is also the host of RelevantNOW, an environmental, social, and corporate governance-focused podcast examining the intersection of business and public interest. Outside of her leadership roles at the firm, Jill is active in the Dallas community, serving on boards and volunteering with non-profits to directly impact change, including the award-winning At Last, Inc., a first of its kind non-profit urban boarding experience founded with her husband to serve the learning needs of impoverished children.
