PHOENIX (July 6, 2023)Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Phoenix partner Bradley A. Cosman has been named as the chair of the firm’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice.  

Bradley counsels clients in the Phoenix area and businesses nationwide across the full spectrum of corporate restructuring issues. Drawing from his financial sector background and experience as a financial turnaround consultant, Bradley is adept at identifying and implementing successful legal strategies with respect to insolvency matters.  

Formerly with FTI Consulting, and a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor (CIRA), Bradley represents all types of stakeholders in commercial restructurings. Bradley also counsels clients in nondistressed transactional and general corporate matters. Bradley has previously served as Chair of the Bankruptcy Section of the Arizona State Bar, as well as a Ninth Circuit Lawyer Representative for the District of Arizona. 

Perkins Coie maintains a national, full-service Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice with experience representing virtually all constituencies in a distressed situation. The practice provides counsel for debtors, creditors, and third parties in out-of-court negotiations as well as representation in state and federal court litigation across the country.   

Bradley succeeds Dallas partner John D. Penn, who served as the firmwide chair of the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice for almost six years.
