With companies increasingly turning to artificial intelligence (AI) to assist with employee-related decision-making—from recruiting to hiring to performance evaluations and more—the risks of doing so are becoming more apparent. This presentation will address the legal considerations employers should keep in mind when deciding whether and how to deploy AI in the workplace.
