Jenny is the senior legal consultant of the Perkins Coie Shanghai office. She focuses her practice on corporate law, including the foreign investment, labor and employment issues, technology transactions, data security/privacy issues, media law issues, compliance and internal investigations, disposition of assets, internet regulation, e-commerce, tax compliance, and other business consulting matters.
