Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that a trial team of intellectual property lawyers secured a complete victory before the U.S. International Trade Commission for firm client Gator Bio Inc. in a case related to biolayer interferometry products.

A Perkins Coie Patent Litigation team led Jiaxing Super Lighting (Super Lighting) to a $14 million complete jury trial win in a three-patent case related to LED tube lamp technologies brought against its competitor CH Lighting in Judge Albright's court in the Western District of Texas.
