Tracy Laurie oversees staff training, leadership development, recognition programs and performance management. Tracy’s experience includes work in the financial services and wireless industries. She holds a B.A. in Organizational Management from Northwest University and a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Clemson University, and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). Tracy has also received national recognition from the Association for Talent Development for building outstanding learning programs, and has presented at local, national and international conferences and seminars.
