Taylor Greene is an associate in the firm’s Technology Transactions & Privacy practice. Taylor has experience reviewing and analyzing nondisclosure and noncompete agreements of private companies. She has drafted employment and corporate agreements for business clients such as consulting agreements, memoranda of understanding, releases, confidentiality agreements, and other agreements.
Taylor has also advised corporate clients regarding various employment contracts, policies, handbooks, and manuals, and has composed briefs in opposition to the granting of a motion for summary judgment before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
During law school, Taylor served as a student honors extern for the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in the Division of Corporation Finance and worked as a student attorney in a FINRA-sponsored investor justice clinic.
