Hawaiian Airlines Inc.

Representation of Boeing and affiliates in a heavily contested motion for appointment of a Chapter 11 trustee based on mismanagement and malfeasance related to CEO and majority owner's stock repurchase prior to insolvency. Motion granted following trial.

In re Philippine Airlines

Represented Boeing as a secured creditor in bankruptcy case involving a sovereign insolvency proceeding in a U.S. Bankruptcy Court ancillary proceeding.

Successful defense of $50 million preference and fraudulent transfer avoidance action brought by liquidating trustee of bankrupt wholesale electrical power trader.
