Overview

Seth King practices land use and zoning law with an emphasis on obtaining permit and entitlement approvals for complex development projects. Seth has extensive experience advocating at local government hearings, preparing appellate briefs, and arguing cases before the Land Use Board of Appeals and Oregon appellate courts. Additionally, Seth negotiates development and tax-increment financing agreements with regulatory agencies.

Representative projects have included the following land uses: residential, retail, industrial, mixed-use, energy and healthcare. Seth has also handled real estate acquisitions and sales, assisted in the creation of condominiums, and represented municipal governments during his legal career.
