Reg Koehler practiced for more than 40 years in estate planning for individuals and families, including the administration of many large, complex estates. He represented both fiduciaries and objectants in a broad range of litigation relating to estates and trusts including will contests, contested accountings, and estate and gift tax disputes. He was a consultant to other lawyers, accountants, life underwriters and financial planners, and had extensive experience with charitable giving and the administration of charitable organizations. Reg was elected into the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 1980 and was the chair of the Trust & Estate Planning practice at Perkins Coie from 1992 to 1997.
