Nick Hesterberg is counsel in the firm’s Antitrust & Unfair Competition Litigation practice. Nick represents companies across a range of industries in state and federal courts and in arbitration proceedings. He has assisted clients in a variety of complex commercial disputes, including antitrust, breach of contract and trade secret litigation. His environmental law practice has included cost recovery and contribution actions under CERCLA. Nick has successfully represented clients in all stages of litigation and case management, including initial case assessment and pleadings, e-discovery and discovery strategy, depositions, dispositive and procedural motions, pre-trial preparation, trial and settlement negotiations.
Pro bono service is central to Nick’s practice. In addition to assisting on impact litigation, Nick has helped pro bono clients obtain legal immigration status by prevailing in deportation proceedings in Immigration Court and by obtaining Special Immigrant Juvenile Status through proceedings in state court and USCIS.
