Patent Litigation Counsel Miguel Bombach focuses on patents in the electrical and computing arts. Miguel’s practice includes district court litigation, inter partes reviews before the Patent Trial and Appeals Board, patent prosecution and patent portfolio due diligence.

Miguel has represented both petitioners and patent owners in inter partes reviews before the Patent Trials and Appeals Board involving technologies relating to semiconductors, electromagnetics, computer networks and others. He has worked on numerous patent litigation cases in a variety of technical fields, such as semiconductors, integrated circuits, memories, image processing and electromagnetics. He has also prosecuted patents in various technical fields, including display technologies, logic control systems, OFDM transmission systems and networks, optical modulation systems, wavefront optics, wireless telephones and cloud computing systems.

Previously, Miguel worked as an electrical engineer at Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems, where he designed and tested computer hardware and software for radar systems in Tewksbury, MA and Nagoya, Japan. Miguel also has previously appeared on TV shows for Seoul Broadcasting System (SBS) and Arirang TV in Korea.
