OVERVIEW

Mary Beall focuses her practice on energy and environmental and natural resources law helping clients navigate administrative proceedings and contested case hearings before the Public Service Commission of Wisconsin and the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources

Mary counsels clients regarding compliance issues under the Clean Air Act, the State and Alternative Fuel Provider Fleet Program, and other energy and environmental statutes such as CERCLA and RCRA. Recent examples include advising petroleum refineries on regulatory compliance and enforcement issues.
