Associate Laura Segal has experience in various phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, managing discovery, arguing motions and negotiating disputes. Laura has drafted and filed briefings in the Oregon Court of Appeals.
Laura received her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law - Camden. During law school, Laura served as a judicial intern for the Hon. Joseph E. Irenas of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. She was also a research assistant and conducted research on the ideology of discriminatory intent.
Laura’s background includes clerking for Magistrate Judge John V. Acosta of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon and the Hon. Donald J. Stein of the New Jersey Superior Court.
