Kristina Holm is a senior counsel with the firm's Litigation practice. She focuses her practice on business litigation in the federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute venues. Her experience covers a broad range of matters, including complex business, contract, director and officer liability, securities, and trademark disputes. Kristina has handled litigation matters in a broad range of industries including reinsurance, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and consumer and retail products.

Kristina also maintains an active pro bono practice and has handled cases involving a wide variety of constitutional law issues in both her pro bono and litigation practice.
