Kristen Schunter focuses her practice on patent preparation and prosecution, as well as strategic patent portfolio development. Her clients range from early stage startups and individual inventors to large multinational companies, helping them to identify innovative features and strategically prosecute applications. Kristen’s knowledge in technology includes AI/machine learning, blockchain, internet and mobile applications, software development tools, digital and analog electronics, and clean energy systems.
Kristen received her J.D. from the Santa Clara University School of Law. She earned her B.S. in engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
