Kelly Hine, a partner in the firm's Litigation practice, focuses on business litigation involving trade secrets, commercial contracts, commercial torts, non-disclosure/noncompetition agreements, trademarks, copyrights, patents, antitrust and appellate proceedings. He has litigated on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants in complex, multiparty actions throughout the United States and has argued multiple cases before the Fifth and Ninth Circuit Courts of Appeals. Kelly's practice also involves counseling and litigation of substantial insurance coverage matters and of matters relating to decentralized virtual currencies (e.g., Bitcoin). Kelly is a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation and has been recognized in numerous "best lawyer" publications.
