Kathiana Aurelien Counsel

Kathiana advises and counsels industry-leading clients on labor and employment matters. She advises corporate buyers and sellers on employment issues in connection with mergers and acquisitions, and recommends best practices for worker classifications, reductions in force, and leaves of absence. 

Kathiana has also conducted harassment trainings and sensitive internal investigations, drafted personnel policies and employee handbooks, and negotiated employment, severance, and release agreements. She has also represented employers in court, arbitration, and administrative agency hearings involving discrimination, misclassification, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation, including under Sarbanes-Oxley.
