Jeff Wyszynski has more than 20 years of experience counseling and representing clients in a wide range of real estate transactional matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, leasing, joint ventures and development for various types of commercial properties. Jeff also assists clients with development and property management agreements, due diligence, title issues, easements and CC&R’s. In addition, he represents clients in a broad range of business matters, including business entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and private debt and equity financings.
As part of his real estate financing practice, Jeff represents borrowers in acquisition, development, construction and term financing, and he often serves as local counsel in multi-state real estate investment trust (REIT) portfolio financing transactions.
Jeff also works extensively with the firm’s Trust & Estate Planning practice on the real estate aspects of probate and estate planning matters, including tax exempt transfers, the purchase and sale of residential property, leasing and loan transactions and title matters.
