Heath Hyatt Associate

Heath Hyatt is a litigator, focusing on complex commercial cases. With experience representing a broad range of clients, Heath has litigated breach of contract disputes, trade secret misappropriation, copyright and trademark infringement, and other business matters.

As an experienced litigator in political law, Heath recently worked on cases to expand voting rights and access to voting in states across the country. He also defended against lawsuits aimed at overturning the 2020 Presidential Election results. Heath also advises clients on campaign finance laws in Seattle and the state of Washington.

Maintaining an active pro bono practice, Heath primarily focuses on upholding constitutional rights. He was recently a part of the legal team that secured a preliminary injunction to prevent indiscriminate and excessive force against peaceful protesters. He also assists clients with immigration benefit applications and is currently litigating a class action immigration lawsuit in collaboration with the ACLU.
