Gina Kim is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office where she focuses on technology and telecom litigation. Her experience includes working on a telecom merger, in which she evaluated the merits of potential challenges from the FCC, the Senate and various third parties. She has also provided product counsel for launches of a large internet forum and a new telecom product.
Following her time as a summer associate at the firm, Gina served as an associate at the White House. She vetted prospective presidential nominees and appointees, and evaluated potential risks and affected stakeholders. She also assessed various clemency petitions.
Gina has worked on several veterans rights cases as part of her pro bono commitment, which has included seeking benefits for victims of military sexual trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
