Litigator Eudeen Chang represents clients in all stages of disputes, from pre-lawsuit strategizing through trial, post-judgment collection, and appeal in matters involving contracts, hospitality, real estate, employment, and construction. In addition to his litigation practice, Eudeen frequently counsels clients on business and real estate transactions; joint ventures; and corporate structure, formation, and governance.
Eudeen acts as outside general counsel on day-to-day corporate matters. In this role, he serves as both legal counsel and trusted advisor in all aspects of business transactions and operations. His support to clients includes building a team of additional professional advisors essential to the matter. Eudeen represents clients in numerous industries, including real estate, manufacturing, e-commerce, and medical equipment and supplies. He proactively assists Chinese clients in business ventures with the aim of avoiding common pitfalls and problems that can lead to litigation.
Eudeen’s professional depth, combined with his fluency in Mandarin and his cultural knowledge, make him a valued asset for Chinese companies and investors doing business in the United States.
