Dan Zazove, a leading practitioner in business insolvency and turnarounds for more than forty years, has been recognized as one of the top attorneys in his field. He has represented numerous debtors, committees, creditors, trustees and asset purchasers in a wide range of industries including real estate, manufacturing, automotive, transportation, retail, hospitality, healthcare, legal and financial services. Dan is a prolific author and lecturer and an adjunct professor at the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. He is co-editor of the 1990 and 2006 Bankruptcy Handbooks published by the Illinois Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Co-Chair of the Seventh Circuit Education Committee of the American College of Bankruptcy.
