Daniel XuLi counsels clients on employment regulations, practices, and policies, including wage-and-hour audits and review of employee handbooks and policies. He also creates and presents customized trainings. On the litigation front, he represents clients in all phases and types of employment litigation (e.g., wage-and-hour, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, etc.) with a focus on California wage-and-hour class actions and California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA).
A fluent Mandarin speaker, Daniel had the opportunity to work with a Chinese publishing company to translate an award-winning book for an English-speaking audience.
