Cody Weston is a partner in the firm’s Litigation national practice. He focuses his practice on business litigation in the federal and state courts, as well as in alternative dispute venues. His experience covers a broad range of matters, including consumer lending law, intellectual property, business tort, contract, construction, real estate, and employment law. A former Marine Corps infantry officer and judge advocate, Cody prosecuted hundreds of federal courts-martial before joining Perkins Coie.
