Chris Lepore focuses his practice on labor and employment litigation and counseling. Chris represents employers of all sizes in a wide array of employment-related disputes. Chris has successfully prosecuted and defended claims related to trade secret misappropriation, breach of restrictive covenants, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage-and-hour issues and the collection of biometric information.
Chris also provides day-to-day advice to employers on workplace issues, including employment, separation and confidentiality agreements, employment policies and handbooks, terminations, leave management and accommodations. He regularly conducts workplace investigations and audits of employee classifications under state and federal wage-and-hour laws.
