Counsel Brenna Duncan is an experienced litigator specializing in a variety of government contracts matters. She is skilled in representing companies in every aspect of contracting with the federal government, from forming proposals and counseling on Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to asserting bid protests and certified claims. Brenna’s practice includes representing clients in bid protests at the agency level and before the Government Accountability Office, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
