Beth has a nationwide, sophisticated commercial real estate and real estate finance practice. She represents a variety of clients with respect to financing, acquisition and sales, development, leasing and management of commercial, industrial, hotel and mixed-use properties. She also has extensive experience in matters related to commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) loans. She regularly works with noteholders and servicers of CMBS loans on commercial loan workouts and REO dispositions, including loan restructuring, loan modifications, assumptions, forbearances, discounted payoffs, deed in lieu transactions, loan foreclosures and receivership appointments. Beth is also well versed in advising landlords and tenants in office, industrial and retail leasing matters. In addition, Beth routinely advises clients on real estate issues in corporate mergers and acquisitions.
