Benjamin Calleros serves clients involved in complex commercial disputes, including high-stakes arbitration. He has also assisted clients in bankruptcy, environmental, employment, real estate and corporate matters, striving always to provide exemplary service and obtain results for the client through diligence, efficiency and responsiveness. Ben has particular experience in motion writing, drafting pretrial, discovery, evidentiary and summary judgment motions on behalf of clients in both state and federal court.
Ben is passionate about giving back to the community through legal representation and has developed a robust pro bono practice focused on immigration law. His pro bono experience includes representing clients in immigration court and federal district court. In December 2018, Ben argued before the Phoenix Immigration Court and successfully obtained asylum for his client.
