Austin Yost focuses on commercial, constitutional, and appellate litigation. He represents clients in state and federal courts in a wide variety of matters involving, among other things, the constitutionality of state laws and policies, election disputes, real estate transactions, and various other business litigation issues.

Austin also maintains an active pro bono practice. His experience includes litigation in trial and appellate courts centered primarily on civil rights and criminal justice issues.

Before joining the firm, Austin served as a law clerk for the Honorable Vice Chief Justice John Pelander of the Arizona Supreme Court. Austin graduated summa cum laude from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. The law school faculty selected him to receive the John S. Armstrong Award for the outstanding graduate in his class. Before law school, Austin worked at Goldman Sachs for three years.
